Imprinting - Ceramic baked imprinting: Will not scratch or wear off. Permanent. Dishwasher safe.

Shipping - All items become customer's property when we release it to the carrier. Delivery issues such as their inability to locate you, customs charges, etc. are the customer's responsibility. Glassware is insured against breakage. 

Shipping Costs - Prices do not include shipping costs. Exact shipping will be added to the cost of the order. Feel free to email us for a shipping quote... BUT: Be sure to include your city and zip code!!

Artwork - Artwork my be sent on disk (PC Illustrator, Tiff or EPS format) or good quality printed by laser printer. We can do basic artwork and typesetting for you at no charge! We can incorporate your company logo or add other basic decorative graphics. For more info,  click here.

Artwork Set-up - Silkscreen setup charges are $35.00 per color. For multi-color decal graphics call for quote on setup charge.

Additional Colors - Prices shown include one-color imprint. For each additional color add amount shown on each page.

Etching - Real Etching is an upcharge of at least 2.50 per piece (but, we can do it if you like). See satin etch for an affordable alternative.

22 kt. Gold or Platinum Imprinting - Your Logo or Halo/Band (around rim of glass). Microwave safe gold is available at the same cost and is recommended for coffee mugs. Click here for more info on Gold imprints.

Gold Upcharges:
Logo: .60 (for average size logo)
Gold Halo - .50 per glass
Cap Band - .59 per glass
Crown Band - 1.19 per glass

Samples - Random samples can be provided.  On orders over 500 pcs. a spec sample will be sent for your approval.

CANDLES

All custom imprinted glassware may be ordered as-is, or with a wax or gel candle inside.

Minimums- Minimum order for candles is 144 pcs. Candles require shipment on pallet.

Lead Time- Minimum 3-weeks lead time required on all custom candle orders.

Shipping - Candles add to the weight of any glassware order and thus shipping costs are, of course, higher. 

NOTE: Gel candles cannot be laid sideways for extended periods as the gel will become lopsided in the glass. Because of this, gel candles must be shipped by truck (not UPS). This will make shipping somewhat expensive on small orders. For orders under 100 pcs. we recommend ordering regular wax candles.

Candle Colors and Fragrances:

Unscented candles available upon request.
